Rocky Ramirez talks about his upcoming Galaxy MMA bout in Honolulu, Hawaii on August 6th

Jackson’s/Gracie-Barra: NM trained mixed martial artist Rocky Ramirez steps back into the cage for the first time in over a year on August 6th. Ramirez will be taking on Kendal Grove trained fighter Sale Sproat in Honolulu, Hawaii for Galaxy MMA. In a exclusive interview, Rocky talks about his opponents use of the “rubber guard” and his prep work with Team USA Jiu-Jitsu member Rich Chavez and working his stand-up with world class striking coach Mike Winklejohn. He also talks about the pros and cons of training with a gi and in no-gi.
